How it works

A pet portrait should capture the real character and emotions of any animal rather than simply looking like one of many in a school line-up. Every pet, whether it is a dog, cat or horse, is unique and consequently deserves special attention when being photographed to capture such characteristics.

The shoot

I will visit your home on a pre-arranged day for your photo session.

A typical shoot will last between 2-3 hours, and I believe a relaxed, unhurried approach achieves the best results.

Capturing the animal looking relaxed and how you would typically see them is really important to me.

I cater to all kinds of personalities and with my love of animals and vast experience, I can work with creatures of all temperaments.

After the shoot

After the shoot, you will be presented with your personal client log in giving you access to your own private online gallery. Your private gallery will be on line for a period of one year.  It will be available only to you (and anyone else who you wish to pass on the login info to).

I aim for a wide variety of poses and locations in my sessions, guaranteeing you wide and varied choice to select from, available in a range of print sizes, as well as on canvases, in personalized books, or as a calendar. A bespoke framing service is also available.

Prices

The price of a shoot is £165 and includes a professionally mounted 8x6 print of your choice from your private online gallery. This price is valid for up to two pets on a shoot. Additional pets will be subject to a £50 charge per animal.

If you require any advice or opinion, just get in touch, and we can sort through it together. I always aim to be flexible.
